My benevolent parents
What
they means to me,
A parent’s love is whole no
matter how many times divided- Buddha. There is no single day that I haven’t devoted
few minutes in praying for the happiness and wellbeing of my parents. They
never got tired of raising not just me but the four of us. My parents never got
a time to enjoy a luxurious childhood but they wanted the best of ours. It will
bring me tears when I think of their sacrifices to educate me. They don’t care
even when they were drenched by rain and sweats but they want me to be safe
with the things I want or need.
They hope the best from me yet
when I fail they are the only person to accept my failures. They are the only person
who stays by my side at my worst. They are not wealthy but they made me the
wealthiest with so many moral principles and values. I was bashed and scolded
so many times but they are the only purest creature on this world that in deed
they mean the world to me. They mean everything that made my life just right.
Thank you parents, for lending your shoulder for me to lean on. That you for
being cotton to absorb my tantrums and for so many things.
You are not just a person but my
heart beat. I need you as much as I need oxygen to breathe in. I have let you
two down at some point in life but I will try my best each day to be the
daughter you desire even if my failures are readily accepted. I am standing
today not because of my feet but because of you, my parents. The law of life is
so complicated but you made my life so easy for which I will be forever
indebted to you. I may not be posting the pictures or I may not be writing
about you often but there is no single minute that I haven’t thought of you, my
beloved parents. Love you to the moon and back la.
