Rain or Disaster?
I took a walk around today. It was a quiet and lonely evening. There was no hustle and bustle, only a calm and quiet town. There were no car honks and no zebra crossing in the town center, and when I strolled for a few minutes, I covered the whole town
As night approached, some lights in a faraway corner came to life. A sparkling red and white glow radiated from the majestic Druk Migur Dzong. There were sounds of birds and insects, and when I looked up, I saw the dull sky and the moon struggling through the clouds. As always, the road was muddy from the incessant rain and during the sunny days, the road becomes dusty.
I was deeply saddened by news of the damage caused by the rain, and while walking, I sent my silient prayers to everyone affected. From morning until evening, there was heavy rainfall, and it felt like the perfect time to rest in bed. I was relieved that nothing tragic occurred in my area, yet my thoughts remained with those affected. To everyone who has suffered because of the rain, I pray that comfort reaches you soon. May the days ahead bring healing, hope, and better times.
