Self love, self decision and self respect

Too many cooks spoil food. Too many carpenters can spoil a house and too many opinions can spoil a person. In life, everything that goes beyond limit is just not good. If we take just too much of what others have to say about us, we are losing our validity to others.

We can ask people for their opinions but ultimately, we have to decide only what is in our best interest. Only by being in the best interest of yourselves, we will win in life. The moment we leave our validity to others, nothing will feel right, nothing will feel enough and nothing will feel meaningful.

Even the simplest tasks can begin to look complicated when we constantly seek opinions from others. Something that was once so straightforward suddenly feels vast, confusing and beyond our ability to handle. Sometimes, all we need is to trust ourselves and take the first step.

If you have set your mind on pursuing a degree, it is high time, you have to work towards achieving that, nobody will come cheering for you to do that.

The moment you set your mind on doing something for yourself, JUST DO IT because nobody really cares, they don’t give a heck, and you will be able to achieve it eventually. People will cheer for your success and they will criticize your downfall, their opinions will be there no matter what. The biggest power that we hold is doing what we wish to do.

Never ask for too many opinions and never leave your sense of worth or validation in the hands of others. Listen, learn, consider different perspectives, make your own decisions.

Society always has a little too much to say about us, never let that noise louder than our own.
