Behind every job is a Human Being

A job is a job no matter the position or grade. Everyone of us gets our job done irrespective of how much we are paid or how we are treated. The job gets our bills paid and we are grateful for that. But the fact is, no job comes easy. From the operational level to the Executive level, everything has a price to pay. Everyone is looking forward to our days off and hoping for a smooth day.

In this world, nobody is jobless, I am doing a job and everyone is doing their own job. From business owner to freelancer, it is never easy money. People are frustrated over the service provided, everybody complains about how the work is being delayed and people often feel entitled to shout at the service provider but how the service provider works with so much dedication and determination is often neglected. For people to be happy, their work needs to be completed in a minute without any hassle or chaos.

As a service provider but more importantly, as a human being, we are also angry and often upset about how people treat us. Yes, at times, we need to pull our socks up but in every person I know, I can see their dedication to the job they are doing. A security guard is being shouted at by the person who is driving such a luxurious car, even though the guard does nothing but doing his own job. A doctor gets shouted at by a patient when the doctor is working tirelessly without even getting a proper time to sleep. A shopkeeper is pressured by customers over the quality of the products and even the freelancers need to maintain their attitude to be loved and to get work. All in all, nothing comes easy.

I often feel incompetent and backward in my own field. Oftentimes, I feel like I am not doing better and sometimes, I just feel like quitting and doing my own work but I also know that life is never easy anywhere. I see people working under scorching sun and incessant rain, and when I see them, I feel blessed but when I see them resting peacefully, without really having to worry, I envy them. I never work under such situations but my brain gets drained, my body gets tired and feels emotionally low at times.

Things change with time and sometimes, it is a great thing that people can earn just by using tiktok. However, I am utterly shocked at how people go to such extreme lengths just so they could get views and gifts. Of course, we all need money to live a life but it often saddens me when people do shameful things just for the sake of getting gifts or views.

Likewise, there are so many things happening and I am proud of people who are earning while doing what they love like traveling, eating and talking. However, there are also people who are pushing themselves to remain at work because they need it.

Job pays our bills but at the end of the day, we are all human beings and we all deserve to be respected, loved and cared not just pin point at the faults. Some people really deserve to be laid off but we can never afford to generalize because every individual is different and we should appreciate what one is doing.

You never deserved to be wronged, so, it is always important to raise your voice if there is something wrong done to you by the service provider and you also need to be grateful, just how much hard work our service providers are putting in every single day.

Introspect yourself, but More Importantly, LOVE yourself.

How many embarrassing moments do you have in your life? Well, for me I have many. Some are quite depressing to even think about.  Have you always spoken your thoughts out to the people? It's a big No for me. If I have always spoken my thoughts out, I don't know whether I will be proud and happy of myself or maybe left out somewhere with no one around.  I have always suppressed my feelings, filtered the words that came out of my mouth and put on a smile to disguise everything so that I can fit in this society.  Have you ever regretted doing something and did it all over again?  I did it so many times and regretted every time. I don't know why but I am sure that's my unstable mind making the same wrong choice over and over again.  Does your mind replay the embarrassing moments again and again? My mind does it every time and I feel depressed and embarrassed every time I remember.  Have you bought something and wished you never bought that just so you could hav...

Leadership, Legacy, and Lessons: The Words of Bhutan’s Kings.

11.11 I am truly blessed to be born in Bhutan, the Land of the Thunder Dragon. Our country is not only rich in values and culture but also takes great pride in its natural heritage, with 69.71% of its land under forest cover—well above the constitutional requirement to maintain at least 60%. Bhutan is a peaceful nation, often referred to as the last Shangri-La, and above all, it is fortunate to be guided by benevolent and visionary leaders who embody the highest ideals. Our monarchs lead by example and inspire, motivate, encourage, and empower every Bhutanese. We, the people of Bhutan, are privileged to have selfless monarchs who have gone to the battlefield to protect their citizens and who have sacrificed personal comforts to serve the nation. Since the establishment of the monarchy in 1907, our kings have served with unparalleled dedication, compassion, empathy, love, care, and determination. This year, our Fourth Druk Gyalpo turns Seventy. When His Majesty described the Fourt...

Why gratitude matter and how it can change our life.

Things I am grateful for in life I am grateful for the beautiful motherhood that my son gave me. He always smiles at me and he understands me more than anyone would ever do. He gave me the reason I should be at my better version and the reason I should do the best. The energy he gives me and the motivation I see in my son make my life a lot better. I am grateful that I have him as my son and I will try my every best to give him the best life he deserves.  As a working mom, things would have been so difficult without the help of my mother. Taking the role of baby sitter to take care of my son. I am forever grateful for her for giving me this life and now I am even more grateful for her for taking care of my son.  Though it aches my heart for not being able to do anything grand for her. She stood beside me for any decision I make in my life, she was there cheering for every little success I have and she just feels happy to see me living, giving a whole lot of reasons that...
